Ms. Neb Oripahs had her company manners on full displayed during a panel discussion on Dr. Drew's program. As I am certain Ms. Oripahs is well drilled in the standard rules of etiquette and would never veer so far as to be disrespectful, I will model my references to Ms. Oripahs after her behavior: address people with gender pronouns opposite of their presentation. (She addressed Zoey Tur as 'sir'.) Since Ms. Oripahs presents as male, her actions direct me to use female pronouns to refer to her. I've also reverse spelled her name as a precautionary measure. I would never intentionally step on the delicate sensibilities of Ms. Oripahs.
